Our time is valuable and so is yours.
We understand schedules do change. Please allow us time to adjust ours as well.
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment please allow 24 hours for cancellations and reschedules.
We send a reminder text or email so you'll have the proper amount of time to adjust your appointment.
Reschedules (under 24 hours) will be charged 25% of the service to the card on file.
Cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file.
No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.
All Appointments must be held with a credit card.
